🔗 Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link. When someone clicks your link and completes a paid test, you earn 20% commission automatically. No manual steps needed.
How much do I earn per referral?
R5 per IQ test · R15 per IQ+EQ bundle · R20 per IQ+ADHD bundle · R30 per Complete package. Commission is 20% of the final amount paid.
When do I get my referral credits?
Credits are added automatically when your referee completes payment. You will see it in your dashboard immediately.
Do I earn on free tests?
No. Referral commissions are only earned on real money payments. Free or credit-based tests do not generate referral commissions.
Do I earn when my referee withdraws?
Yes! You earn an additional 10% of whatever your referee withdraws. So if they withdraw R100, you get R10 added to your account automatically.
💸 Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to your dashboard, enter the amount and your bank account number, then click Request Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal is R10.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals under R100 are processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals of R100 or more require manual approval and are processed within 24 hours.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
MindMatrix is currently in testing phase. All withdrawals are manually reviewed to ensure accuracy and security. We are actively monitoring all transactions.
Is there a withdrawal limit?
Maximum 2 withdrawal requests per 12-hour period. Requests above this limit are automatically flagged for manual review.

Are there subscriptions?
No subscriptions ever. Every test is a once-off payment. You pay once and own your results forever.
What are the first checkout prices?
First time buyers get special discounted prices: IQ R25 · IQ+EQ R75 · IQ+ADHD R100 · Complete R150. These discounts apply to your first purchase only.
What are the returning customer prices?
IQ always stays R25. All other packages double after first checkout: IQ+EQ R150 · IQ+ADHD R200 · Complete R300. Your previous payments are deducted from new package prices.
